Bree’s Barn Wedding

July 24, 2019 by My Farmhouse Table 2 Comments

Bree’s Barn Wedding

This past weekend was a whirlwind. My best friend, Bree got married! She literally has been like a sister to me for (almost) 20 years. Her parents and grandparents are like a bonus set for me and I guess I will even claim her brother Kole… once in a while! Even though it was a mad dash to the finish, and a little hot outside, Bree’s Barn Wedding could not have been more perfect!

Bree’s wedding was held at the Schafer Barn on the Hill, which is a “sister” property to the Schafer Century Barn that my friend Jen, was married at almost two years ago!

When I arrived on Friday to help set up, I quickly realized there wouldn’t be much needed to make the space absolutely stunning.

Country Wedding Decorations

Just a few well placed pictures and rustic decorations was all the space needed.

Oh and flowers.

The florist at Hyvee in Denison, did a stunning job on these for the centerpieces, actually all of the flowers.

Saturday morning was spent getting ourselves ready for the big day!

Including the gorgeous bride.

Bree’s brother, Kole, stopped in as we were getting ready. Checking if we needed anything and to get a quick picture with his wife, Lisa.

And their precious little baby bump!

Nothing but smiles and laughs that day.

Okay maybe there were a few tears. But, happy (such happy) tears!

Congrats to Bree and Josh!

May your love continue to grow and enjoy building a life together.
