Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers
This week I have been sharing some of my favorite recipes for baking at Christmas time. When I say favorite, what I really mean are these Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers.
I actually, more often than not, refer to these as Christmas “Crack”ers.
They are that ADDICTIVE!
I’ve seen these sweet treats at cookie exchanges through the years, but there is one secret ingredient that sets my Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers apart from the rest.
And that secret ingredient is…
(Drum roll)
Marshmallow Creme!
Say what?!
Yes. Marshmallow creme.
When combined the peanut butter and marshmallow creme come together to make one of the most delicious fillings since the invention of PB&J.
Best of all it only takes a few ingredients to whip up these classic holiday goodies.
So grab a sleeve of Ritz crackers, melt some chocolate, and bring out your holiday sprinkles.
Just remember if you are planning on making these to share with others, double or even triple the recipe.
I told you there is a reason why I call them Christmas “Crack”ers!

Can’t you mix the p.b and marshmallow cream together and spread on crackers? I think it would be ok.thank you.
Vickie. Yes, that should work just fine. I don’t see why it couldn’t. We just usually set up a bit of an assembly line when making these treats. One person is putting on the peanut butter, while another is putting on the marshmallow creme.
Is there a best way, so to speak to dip these? Any time I’ve ever tried (with tongs) they don’t turn out so pretty..
Hi Tammy. That is always the hard part isn’t it? I found that the “candy coating” works better and dries smoother than say melting chocolate chips and dipping the crackers in. I found my candy coating “chips” in the holiday baking aisle. Make sure to melt according to package directions. And even though it gets a bit messy, I just use my fingers and dip in the bottom of the crackers, and then flip them to coat the top. The not so pretty ones, I just make sure to put a few more sprinkles on to hide their imperfections 😉
