Cookie Butter Cold Foam
Summer is quickly approaching, and I’m not sure there is a better way to start your day than with a tall glass of iced coffee. Especially if it is topped with this Biscoff Cookie Butter Cold Foam recipe.

I’ve become the type of person whose morning is incomplete without a coffee- hot or iced, it doesn’t matter.
I love it all and have been thoroughly enjoying the new (and fancier) coffee maker I picked up at Christmas.

But sometimes, I get the craving for making my morning brew a little *extra*.
Recently, I’ve been doing that by mixing up this special whipped topping made with Biscoff cookie butter for the perfect nutty, sweet addition.

All you need is three simple ingredients.
Heavy cream. Flavored coffee syrup. And Biscoff cookie butter.

Start by pouring about a half cup of cream into a bowl and whip it using an electric mixer or frother wand until soft peaks are just starting to form.
Add in a splash of your favorite coffee flavor syrup and a tablespoon or two of cookie butter.

Whip again, just until everything comes together.
Spoon the cold foam whipped topping on your coffee and enjoy!
