Dad’s Pork Burgers
Sunday is Father’s Day. My dad knows his way around the kitchen. He always loves cooking breakfast, grilling, and anything that includes sweet potatoes. And even though we raise cattle, Dad has always had a soft spot for any meal that includes pork. He has been making these Pork Burgers for as long as I can remember and after some begging/pleading, Dad agreed that I could share his recipe with y’all.
Most of Dad’s recipes don’t include a lot of fuss.
Or a lot of ingredients.
Dad’s Pork Burgers only need 3.
Ground Pork
Liquid Smoke
Mustard Seeds
These patties can be used as a homemade breakfast sausage, with hashbrowns and a fried egg.
Or slapped between a bun with BBQ sauce and a slice of grilled pineapple.
Great for any summer meal, served with your favorite pasta or potato salad.
Thanks for letting me share your recipe Dad.
Happy Father’s Day!
