Loaded Baked Potato Hot Dip
I looked at the calendar on Monday and had no clue, how we were already into the last week of October. Where did the month go to? Thanksgiving and Christmas are just around the corner. But, first thing is first. Saturday is Halloween! It’s also a full moon and the night that daylight savings time ends (as if we want another hour of 2020). While you may not be able to have an over the top party this year, it doesn’t mean you can’t have a few snacks to counterbalance the candy consumption. That’s where this recipe for Loaded Baked Potato Hot Dip comes in to save the day.

It’s everything you love in a loaded baked potato.
Sour cream.
Cheddar cheese.
Green Onions.
Seasonings.
And of course BACON. Lots and lots of bacon.

Instead of individual potatoes, you have a delicious appetizer to share with all your guests.

Now for the “potato” side of the dip.
I love to place the dip in the center of a large baking sheet and then spread various types of fries or chips around the dish.

That way you and your guests can choose whatever fits their fancy.
Original potato chips? Yep.
Crunchy potato wedges? Oh, for sure.
Waffle fries? Gotta have ’em.

Just mix all the ingredients together.
Bake it up.
And dive into one of my favorite party treats.
