Slow Cooker Beef Street Tacos
I may be jumping the gun a bit, but I just wanted to point out that Cinco de Mayo (May 5th) is next week! Not that we need a special day to celebrate with tacos and margaritas. But since it is an official holiday in my book, grab your family and friends to try out these Slow Cooker Beef Street Tacos for a fun fiesta feast.
Street tacos seem to be a recent “thing” in the culinary world. Fancy tacos served out of food trucks and full of flavor.
And since they are small, I convince myself it is perfectly acceptable to eat three (or ten) in one sitting.
No judgement please.
Flavor is the name of the game with these beef tacos. And that starts with a made from scratch seasoning mix with the help of spices that are probably already in your cupboards.
Plus the best thing about this recipe, it is all made in your slow cooker. No need to heat up the oven and dinner is ready when you get home from work.
Top the tacos with whatever makes your heart go pitter patter.
Pico
Queso Fresco
Cilantro (Love it or Hate it)
etc.
No matter how you dress them up, your Cinco de Mayo party is set with this recipe. Start pouring the margaritas!

What can I use to substitute pineapple juice
Orange juice would work well. A citrus to cut through the rich beef flavor.
