Taco Mac & Cheese
Sometimes dinner is fancy, and other times, life is in pure survival mode. If you fall into that second category, look no further than this super easy, kid-friendly recipe for Taco Mac and Cheese.

I should start by saying, this is hardly a recipe.
Just the combination of a few simple ingredients from your pantry staples.

Start by browning a pound of ground beef.
Drain off any excess grease.
Stir in a packet of taco seasoning and a can of Rotel.

Meanwhile, prepare two boxes of Velveeta Shells and Cheese according to package directions.
For this meal, I love to use one box of their original and one of the queso blanco variety.

Once the shells and cheese are ready, stir in the taco seasoned hamburger.
Make sure everything is heated through and serve.

And while this meal may not be glamorous, it is still a crowd pleaser.
Especially for any of us raised on Hamburger Helper meals.
