The Best Cheese Ball Recipe
Every year at Christmas (I apologize now for talking about Christmas in October) a lovely family who we attend church with, drives around the neighborhood, delivering snacks and homemade honey as gifts to other parish members. One year, they delivered a pimento cheese ball and an assortment of crackers. After only a few bites my mom and I declared it to be The Best Cheese Ball Recipe we ever had.
Before we knew it, we had devoured the whole cheese ball.
And had no shame.
Alright. Maybe a little shame. But this cheese ball was totally worth it!
We put our heads together and through a little experimenting was able to create the perfect replica of our Christmas cheese ball.
With maybe a little extra kick, thanks to a few slices of pickled jalapenos.
If you don’t have a jar of pickled jalapeno slices at the ready in your fridge, are you really living?
I don’t think so.
Add them to sandwiches, deviled eggs, etc. Anything that needs an extra little kick.
I love to serve this for any holiday gathering or party.
Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas (sorry I said that again), New Years, and Super Bowl!
