  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 3 lb Beef Chuck Roast
  • 2 cans (6 oz) Pineapple Juice
  • 1 pkg Small Flour Tortillas
  • Taco Toppings: Pico de Gallo, Salsa, Sour Cream, Queso Fresco, Cilantro, Diced Tomatoes, Sliced Avocados, Diced Onion, Hot Sauce


  1. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, salt, ground cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.

  2. Coat all sides of chuck roast with seasoning blend and put into slow cooker with pineapple juice. 

  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until fork tender.

  4. When cooked, shred meat and make tacos by placing a small helping of beef in the center of tortilla and top with pico de gallo, queso fresco, sour cream, sliced avocado, cilantro, and hot sauce.
