Pork Egg Roll In A Bowl

  • 1 lb Ground Pork (or beef)
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 pkg (16 oz) Coleslaw Mix
  • Cooked Rice
  • Sesame Seeds


  1. In a skillet, over medium-high heat brown the meat. While meat is cooking; stir together soy sauce, sriracha, rice wine vinegar, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Set aside. 

  2. Once meat is cooked, add in coleslaw mix. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Add in soy sauce mixture and continue to stir and cook until coleslaw is wilted. 

  3. Serve over cooked rice and top with sesame seeds.
