In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in lemon juice, parsley, hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt.
Spread shrimp out on a large baking sheet. Pour flavored butter over the top of shrimp and toss to coat.
Bake shrimp at 375°F for 20 minutes, until shrimp is cooked and butter is bubbling.
Pour cooked shrimp into a deep sided dish or plate and serve with crusty bread.
