In a very large bowl, combine all of the ingredients listed.
Pour hash brown mixture into a greased 11 x 14 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
This can be baked in a 9x13 inch pan, just increase the baking time a little.
Freezer Friendly! Split the recipe between two 8x8 inch baking pans. Make one and freeze the other.
