Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (32 oz) Frozen Shredded Hash Browns, thawed
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 can (10 1/4 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a very large bowl, combine all of the ingredients listed.

  2. Pour hash brown mixture into a greased 11 x 14 inch baking dish.

  3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Recipe Notes

This can be baked in a 9x13 inch pan, just increase the baking time a little.

Freezer Friendly! Split the recipe between two 8x8 inch baking pans. Make one and freeze the other.
