Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 bag (10.5 oz) Chili Cheese Fritos

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine; corn, cheese, mayonnaise, green pepper, and onion.

  2. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Right before serving, crush chips and stir into "salad".

Recipe Notes

  • You can easily double recipe
  • The chips get a bit soggy if left in the salad too long. If you don't believe that the whole salad will be used in one sitting, have people add the chips to their individual serving.
