Ingredients

Blue Jello Layer

  • 1 box (3 oz) Berry Blue Jello
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 3/4 cup Cold Water
  • 1/4 cup Vodka

White Layer

  • 1 envelope Unflavored Gelatin Powder
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 1/2 cup Boiling Water
  • 1/4 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

Red Jello Layer

  • 1 box (3 oz) Cherry Jello
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 3/4 cup Cold Water
  • 1/4 cup Vodka

Instructions

Blue Jello Layer

  1. Into a mixing bowl (preferably one with a pour spout) add the berry blue jello.

  2. Whisk in the boiling water until the jello is completely dissolved.

  3. Next, add the cold water and vodka to the jello. Stir to combine.

  4. Fill the 2 ounce plastic cups 1/3 of the way full with the blue jello. Refrigerate the jello for 1 hour or until set.

White Layer

  1. Into a mixing bowl (preferably one with a pour spout) add the gelatin powder.

  2. Whisk in the cold water until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

  3. Pour the boiling water into the bowl and whisk to combine.

  4. Add in the sweetened condensed milk. Stir to combine.

  5. Pour the white layer on top of the set blue layer. Then refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

Red Jello Layer

  1. Into a mixing bowl (preferably one with a pour spout) add the cherry jello.

  2. Whisk in the boiling water until the jello is completely dissolved.

  3. Next, add the cold water and vodka to the jello. Stir to combine.

  4. Top off each of the jello shots with the red layer, using it to fill the last 1/3 of plastic cups.

  5. Refrigerate the jello for 2-3 hours or until completely set.

  6. Cover with lids and stack in the fridge until ready to serve.

Recipe Notes

  • If you want your jello shots a little stronger, increase the vodka amount to 1/2 cup and decrease the cold water amount to 1/2 cup for the blue and red jello layers.
  • Use your favorite kind of vodka- I make these with a Peach Vodka by a local distillery called Lonely Oak. Their North Forty Peach Flavored Vodka is the BEST!
  • Line up the plastic cups on a baking tray. It makes for much easier transportation between the counter to fill and the fridge to chill/set.
