A simple and easy recipe for Instant Pot Beer Brats and Onions. The perfect pressure cooker recipe for summer. A three-ingredient dinner.
Turn Instant Pot on "Sauté" function.
Melt butter and brown brats on both sides. Work in batches if necessary.
Remove brats from pot and then stir in the sliced onions.
Turn off the "Sauté" function.
Place the Instant Pot rack in the bottom of pot over onions.
Arrange brats on rack and then pour beer over the top.
Seal Instant Pot and set to "Manual". Cook for 6 minutes and then let pressure release naturally.
Serve brat in bun and topped with sliced onions.
