Ingredients

Peppermint Hot Cocoa Bombs

  • 4 oz Chocolate Candy Melt Wafers
  • 1 pkt Hot Chocolate Mix
  • 2 tsp Crushed Peppermint Candies
  • 16-24 Mini Marshmallows
  • Extra Crushed Peppermint Candies for Topping

S'more Hot Cocoa Bombs

  • 4 oz Chocolate Candy Melt Wafers
  • 1 pkt Hot Chocolate Mix
  • 2 tsp Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 16-24 Mini Marshmallows
  • 4 Large Marshmallows
  • 1 Graham Cracker

Cookies and Cream Hot Cocoa Bombs

  • 2 oz Chocolate Candy Melt Wafers
  • 2 oz Cookies 'N' Creme Candy Melt Wafers
  • 2 tsp Crushed Oreo Cookies
  • 16-24 Mini Marshmallows
  • Extra Crushed Oreo Cookies for Topping

Instructions

Peppermint Hot Cocoa Bombs

  1. Melt Chocolate Candy Melt Wafers according to package directions.

  2. Place a small amount of melted chocolate in eight silicone sphere halves. Use the back of the spoon to spread the chocolate up the side of the mold. Continue until all the molds are coated.

  3. Set aside any remaining chocolate to use for sealing and decorating.

  4. Allow the chocolate to set. About 15-30 minutes.

  5. When the chocolate is set, remove each of the chocolate pieces from the mold.

  6. Heat a small nonstick skillet over very low heat, working with one half sphere, hold the rim on the heat for a few seconds until the chocolate starts to melt. Working quickly fill the sphere half with about 1 Tbsp of hot chocolate mix, 1/2 tsp crushed peppermints, and 4-6 mini marshmallows. Heat a second sphere and then press the two edges together to seal. Repeat process with remaining ingredients.

  7. Melt remaining chocolate candy. Drizzle on top of each bomb and top with extra crushed peppermint candies to decorate.

S'more Hot Cocoa Bombs

  3. Melt Cookies 'N' Creme Candy Melt Wafers according to package directions.

  4. Place a small amount of melted chocolate candy in four silicone sphere halves. Use the back of the spoon to spread the chocolate candy up the side of the mold. Continue until all the molds are coated.

  5. Set aside any remaining chocolate to use for sealing and decorating.

To Make Hot Chocolate Bomb

  1. Place chosen hot cocoa bomb in mug and slowly pour 1 cup of hot milk over the chocolate sphere, use a spoon to melt and stir together until all the ingredients are incorporated.
