Biscuits and Gravy Roll Ups

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tube (8 oz) Crescent Dough Sheet


  1. Brown sausage; drain.

  2. Combine the sausage with cream cheese.

  3. Unroll crescent dough sheet.

  4. Spread the sausage and cream cheese mixture over the dough; all of the way to the edges. 

  5. Roll the dough up lengthwise (jelly-roll style). 

  6. (If baking later, wrap the roll in parchment paper and foil before storing in the fridge overnight)

  7. After chilled, cut roll into about 1/4 inch sections and lay on a baking sheet. 

  8. Bake at 375° F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
