Chicken Stir Fry Sheet Pan Supper

  • 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs excess fat removed
  • 1/2 cup Stir Fry or Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 pkg (12oz) Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables


  1. Arrange the chicken thighs on a large sheet pan. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.

  2. Remove the pan from the oven and brush the chicken with the stir fry sauce. 

  3. Arrange the frozen stir fry vegetables between the chicken thighs. 

  4. Return pan to oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

  5. Serve over rice or noodles and topped with sesame seeds.
