Line a large baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.

Melt a small amount of the chocolate candy coating mix per the instructions on the bag.

Then place a small spoonful of the chocolate on top of an Oreo cookie. Place a large marshmallow on top of the chocolate and let sit, until the marsmallow and Oreo are firmly stuck together.

Repeat until all of the marshmallows and Oreos are stuck together to create a "top hat".

Next, melt the remaining chocolate and then carefully dip the marshmallow and cookie into the chocolate. Coat well and then let any excess chocolate drip away before place the cookie back onto the wax paper-lined baking sheet.

Decorate your snowman hat however you wish. I used store-bought glitter icing, with a mini red M&M, and holly sprinkles.
