Easy Tortilla Pizzas
Now I titled this post as Easy Tortilla Pizzas, mostly since they are so incredibly simple that I wonder if it even warrants calling it a recipe.
My family loves anything pizza and has been making these simple “pizzas” forever.
It is my go to dinner for whenever my cousin, Jason, decides to swing by. Usually preceded by a text that says…
“Hey can we make those little pizzas?”
And I respond, “Yes. We can make those pizzas”.
Mostly since I keep all of these simple ingredients readily available at the house.
Flour tortillas, your favorite canned pizza sauce (or jarred marinara), various pizza toppings, and shredded Mozzarella cheese.
And another great point of Tortilla Pizzas, is that you can serve it almost as a pizza bar.
The tortilla’s make the perfect “personal pizza” size. Since they bake in no time, I love laying out all of the ingredient options and having all my family and friends build their own to suit personal preferences and tastes.
My go to combo usually includes a nice layer of ground beef and black olives, but you do you!
Whatever you have on hand for ingredients, use.
Make these Easy Tortilla Pizzas your own.
