Easy Raspberry Spritzer Drink

What is it about a cold, fizzy, fruit drink that is so refreshing? This Easy Raspberry Spritzer Drink is a wonderful way to use an abundant summer fruit in a new and refreshing recipe.

What makes this a great drink for a party? The raspberry syrup can be prepared ahead of time.

Just blend together the raspberries and sugar. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove most of the seeds.

Put this sweetened raspberry juice into a container and store in your refrigerator until party time!

When you are ready to serve, simply stir everything together into a pitcher.

The raspberry syrup, a little lemon juice, and lemon-lime soda.

Serve in tall glasses filled with ice.

While making them extra special with a lemon slice as garnish.

This spritzer can also be easily made into a cocktail for an adults-only party.

Simply add a splash of white wine, champagne, Prosecco, or Moscato.

Even a little vodka would work as well!

I won’t judge which of them you choose as your favorite. Just remember to be prepared with extras as once these start being poured it is hard to say “no” to just one more glass.

Or two!
