Pork Egg Roll In A Bowl
Raise your hand if you are always on the hunt for quick, easy, and healthy (did I actually say that word on this blog?) weeknight dinner ideas? If I could see you through this screen, I’m guessing you have a hand raised. Maybe even two! This recipe for Pork Egg Roll In A Bowl hits all of those marks. And it’s delicious to boot!
I love almost any recipe that has an Asian twist, like this Beef Stir Fry or the super easy Chicken Stir Fry Sheet Pan Supper.
And who doesn’t love an egg roll?
Unless you actually have to take the time to form and fry an egg roll. Then it loses a couple love points.
(But just a couple).
Most of the time, I use ground pork for this recipe, but you can substitute almost any ground meat.
Ground beef is also a delicious option.
To serve this recipe, I put a small amount of cooked rice (white or brown) in the bottom of the bowl.
Didn’t see the bowl coming did ya?
Not like the name of the recipe gave that away.
Spoon in the cooked egg roll mixture, top with sesame seeds, and sliced green onions.
Pork Egg Roll In A Bowl is the perfect quick weeknight meal to add to your dinner rotation.
