Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan Casserole
I enjoy ordering Chicken Parmesan at Italian restaurants, but if you have ever tried to make the meal at home it takes a few more steps than what most families have time for on a regular weeknight. Enter this recipe for Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan Casserole.
It has all the parts of a classic chicken parmesan, but with the help of simple on-hand ingredients and in a family friendly casserole form.
Instead of worrying about breading and frying chicken breasts, I took advantage of frozen breaded popcorn chicken.
I’m all about the time saving shortcuts!
And what I love about most casseroles is they are perfect to make ahead of time and keep in the fridge or freezer to bake at a later time, such as my Creamy Tomato and Sausage Pasta Bake.
No matter how busy your schedule, it is great to have an arsenal of family friendly freezer meals ready to cook.
Pair this casserole with a simple side salad and dinner is served!
