Slow Cooker Creamy Beef Stroganoff
It has been a long time since I have shared a Crockpot recipe on the blog. With the weather turning chillier and our lives (somewhat) starting to get into a busy routine, it’s time to bring one back to the forefront. Starting with this recipe for Slow Cooker Creamy Beef Stroganoff.

Beef roast and stew meat are some of my favorite things to cook in a Crockpot.
Low and slow lead to tender and flavorful.

Plus, how wonderful is it to start a roast before leaving for school or work in the morning, and then 8 or so hours later walk back into the house to the most delicious smells?
Few things scream homemade comfort food more than that.

This beef stroganoff is everything that you love about your favorite crockpot roast meal, but with a little extra something, something!
Stew meat, seasonings, and beef broth slow cook for hours until flavorful and tender.

Then add in the “extras”, cream cheese, sour cream, and sliced mushrooms.
Cook a little longer, stir in your favorite egg noodles, and serve.

In true Midwest fashion, can you make any sort of beef and noodle dish without serving it over a bed of mashed potatoes?
I don’t think so.
