It’s great for football games, especially the Super Bowl.
Or a simple snack to share for a New Year’s Eve party.
This chicken dish is fancy, but not super fussy.
Stuffed with crab and seasonings, baked until golden brown. It makes an elegant main to make for company or an intimate party of two.
I like food. Probably having this blog told you that.
But I am not afraid to play favorites when it comes to recipes. And this is by far one of my favorite chicken recipes!

Super flavorful and “absolutely delicious” as reviewed by one of my blog readers, Melissa.
Last year for Christmas I received an Instant Pot! This recipe came out of necessity. Trying to find a simple and easy way to break in my gift.
So I changed one of my favorite slow cooker recipes to work in the Instant Pot, and here we are.
This is some of the reviews that have been left for this post:
“It’s absolutely yummy!!” ~ Lisa
“Yum!” ~ Beth
“Delicious” ~ Kacie
The name of the recipe says a lot… it really is the best sauce to use for any stir fry or Asian inspired dish!
Actually, it has surprised me a bit how popular this recipe has become on Pinterest. It gets thousands and thousands of views each month!
Here are just a few things people are saying:
“Yum. My 9 year old kept asking for more broccoli.” ~ Kelly
“This was an easy recipe to make and tasted great!” ~ Gina
“The ONLY sauce I will be making. Soooo tasty!!!” ~ Monica

Especially one that already has the ice cream included.
In a pinch, I will turn to the blue box of macaroni and cheese like most people.
When I have a few extra minutes, this recipe for mac and cheese is a clear favorite.

Butter, garlic, hot sauce, seasonings, and lemons send this over the top in terms of flavor.
Last but not least is this Instant Pot Beef and Barley Soup.
Hearty, broth based soups are one of my absolute favorite meals in the fall and winter.
I think a reviewer on The Pioneer Woman’s community blog, Tasty Kitchen, said it best:
“Wonderful! I’ve made this soup twice and the flavor is amazing! Great Instant Pot recipe.”
