Honey BBQ Roasted Potatoes
Father’s Day is this weekend and I don’t know about you, but around here that usually means grilling. Sometimes a delicious steak, ribs, or burgers. It isn’t always about the main event, everybody loves the grilling side dishes too! Baked beans, pasta salads, and some delicious desserts. Why not round it all out with a pan of these delicious Honey BBQ Roasted Potatoes.

I’ve been making these potatoes for years.
Mostly because they are so incredibly easy and made with just a few staple pantry ingredients.

Just cut up a couple pounds of your favorite potatoes. I have used everything from russets, red potatoes, and even Yukon golds for this recipe.
Whatever I have on hand.

Then mix together the remaining ingredients.
Some butter, honey, chili powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Pour it all into a greased baking pan (or sheet) and bake at 450F for 25 to 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.

If I want to make this dish a little extra special, I add in an onion, cut into wedges and maybe even part of a red bell pepper.

Serve this up with any of your favorite grilled meats. Especially the Mesquite Grilled Chicken recipe I posted a few weeks ago!
