At the end of December, I round up the most popular recipes I’ve posted throughout the year into one convenient spot. Sometimes, when I dig into the final numbers, I get surprised on certain recipes that make the cut. Others, I understand why they made the 2021 Top Recipes of the Year list.

2021 Top Recipes of the Year- Top 5
#5- Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Who doesn’t love the ease and convenience of Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough?
Let’s be honest. We have all been there. It’s late at night and you are just hankering for something sweet. Something with chocolate.
Then you remember, you have chocolate chip cookie dough, frozen and ready to just pop into the oven. A few minutes later… ta-dah… dessert is served!

#4- Potluck Perfect Oreo Fluff Salad
This recipe for Oreo “Fluff” Salad has long been a favorite of my family and friends for many years.
Whenever there is a potluck or family gathering, this “salad” usually makes an appearance.

#3- Frosted Chocolate Zucchini Sheet Cake
I was not shocked this recipe made the Top 5 most popular posts of the year.
It made its round through a ton of friends and followers on Facebook and Instagram this summer.
What better way to eat your vegetables than in chocolate cake form!

#2- Make Ahead Freezer Lasagna Recipe
The second of my freezer recipes I posted from January made this year’s Top 5!
You can never go wrong with having a lasagna ready to go in the freezer.
Perfect for hectic weekday dinners or to gift a family member or friend to say “Hey! I’m thinking about you.”

#1- Cream Style Sweet Corn Recipe
The most popular post of the year…. Cream Style Sweet Corn!
It’s a wonderful way to use up an abundance of sweet corn from your garden each summer with the help of just two extra ingredients.
Half and half and butter!
If that doesn’t tell you this is a winning recipe. I don’t know what will.
